====== NDLinks ======

NDLinks is a simple "affiliate management" script originally designed for link sharing between webmaster/webdesigner sites. First released August 2004, it was one of my first projects in [[http://www.php.net|PHP]]. I wrote it, including learning the required knowledge to do so, in about 48 hours spread over 4 days. It totalled around 7000 downloads spread between various script sites and my own in the time I kept track of it. The name "NDLinks" refers to the name of my site at the time, Net-Dezigns. (I realise how horribly immature the naming was, but that didn’t really matter in the teenage webmaster scene…)

Even though it’s been unmaintained since about 6 months after the first release, it appears some people are still finding this script useful, even sites created in the past year (as of March 2009). For a long time I’ve considered putting time aside to completely rewrite the script while keeping the same purpose, since my skills have improved considerably since then, however having a large number of more interesting projects has prevented this. The last known version is provided here mostly for curiosity, but feel free to use it if you want!
